out/off: bull oil and VO-106

in/on: 5 quarts Valvoline R&P 5w-30 with Carquest Premium 84356

looks great actually but the nitrile ADBV was stuff and didn’t return to shape. i changed his oil pro-bono due to hearing the VTC actuator across the parking lot.

it didn’t though, the ADBV hardened up and allowed the oil to drain back causing VVT rattle when started
