Amsoil does not carry a power steering fluid, otherwise I would use it. Valvoline syn power steer fluid has seal swell junk in it.

It contains seal swell ingredients to fix leaks that I don't want to use.

Do I need to use Royal Purple or Redline? (91 Plymouth Voyager)

Just remember, what goes up must come down. What this means is that too much seal swell reduces the inner diameter of the seal forcing the seal to wear a bit more.

Just about any run-of-the-mill PS fluid (or Dexron III/Mercon ATF if allowed) is will work.

O'Reilley's Auto Parts has a decent OTC PS fluid.
