Valvoline Oils in Europe

When some threads came up about Castrol in Europe and a new 5/40 Mobil oil available over there I thought to look at what Valvoline has to offer,,well look what I found. Two 0/30's" 1 apparent good one" and a 0/40 I would like to get my hands on.

Their synthetic tranny fluid only specs out to dextron II E. Is dex III not required in European GM vehicles, or have they just Fallen behind?
