I read on another thread that a fellow BITOGer had poor results when he used this ATF in his Buicks A/T. When he changed back to Supertech his A/T ran smoothly again. Has anybody else had problems with Valvoline Maxlife ATF in a GM application or was this an isolated case?

Why use it? If your tranny is functioning normal and doesn't leak, just use normal dexronIII.

unDummy: Good point but I'm curious (just like a good BITOGer should be).

That stuff sucked in my 2001 Accord. After about 5,000 miles the tranny started acting up, I drained and filled w/M1 then but the Honda Stuff back in, tranny was never the same since adding the Maxlife, sold the car...
