Valve stem seals leaking - Clogged exhaust ports?

I've recently watched a video on replacing valve stem seals on a BMW V8.

Is there a way of cleaning this out, more in terms of running something through the car rather than manually cleaning etc?

Replace seals and manually clean is the only option. Fixing the source is the only way to keep it clean

Is it safe to assume that if the ports are clogged like that, then the exhaust manifold is also clogged?
And exhaust, and cat?
