The used filter is a Napa Proselct of a 2015 Honda Odyssey. Filter was about 1 year 16k miles. New filter going in Napa Gold.

Put the old one back in. It's fine.

If anything, tap it on a hard surface and/or blow it out with air. Then reinstall it.

Yea definitely think I could do it. I just always replaced them once a year. Also for 12 bucks kind hard to say no.

Sorry but I agree, cheap insurance, toss it, I do annual changes due to the dusty conditions here.

Hi, New in the blog. I am from Mexico. I work for Gonher that is one of the greatest Filter MAnufacturer here in the country. I must say your used filter can hold way more dirty before the differential pressure becomes and issue. That kind of nonwoven media material is good for Efficiency and Capacity.

If there is something I can address please do not hesitate and write so I can share a little knowledge while working in the Engineering area.

NOTE. Which category are consider for Proselect filters from 1 to 4? 1 the cheapest and 4 the pricer.

The filter being replaced still appears new.
