Here’s an AMSOIL EA 15 K 13 oil filter cut open. This is on a 2011 Mitsubishi. Endeavor with 190,000 miles on it. The oil had 6000 miles on it. The oil used in it was AMSOIL‘s OE 5W-30.

Looks good! I’ve had a couple Ecore Royal Purple filters that looked like that (full synthetic media, FL820S sized).
