Updated NOAK volatilities of Mobil 1

I asked Mobil for their latest M1 SS NOAK %'s for 0w-30 and 10w-30. cSt is one way to help consumption but NOAK is related to this as well although in a new engine, anything below 10% is very good IMO. In an engine that is older like mine a 10w-30 is a better choice.

* To those that rip M1, look what they are giving you for $-4.50qt. A fully PAO/ester oil with a TBN of 12 and very good low volatility. I'm NOT saying its the best oil but you have to admit that ExxonMobil makes and delivers a great product at an affordable price.

0w-30 is 9.9%
10w-30 is 8.8%

These are actually excellent numbers, but Amsoil's are incredible.

S2k is 8.8%
ATM is 5.2%

And Havoline 10W30 is What does that mean?
Well the high M-1 evaporative number explains the tri-sin theory.
Sin #1 Use a very light PAO base oil.
Sin #2 bring the viscosity up with a small amount of a very heavy PAO or super syn.
Syn #3 Add an ester additive carrier.

Unfortunately no, and since getting technical info from Castrol is like pulling teeth, I doubt we'll ever know this info.

Mobil 1 SuperSyn 0W-40 has a NOACK of 8.8%.
