Tranny = 2007 no dipstick Toyota A750E in my FJ with 225k miles since new. Never had any issues except for 10 yrs I didn't know how to set the fluid level in the tranny properly and was over filling it. Here's how to do it correctly:
Holds 12 qt of Amsoil ATL: https://amsoilcontent.com/ams/lit/databulletins/g3110.pdf
Pan holds 6 qts.
Viscosity of Amsoil ATL new is 6.3 . Don't know what the deal is with the zinc?
In 2010 when it had 54k miles, I changed/flushed all 12 qts of atf via the radiator heat exchanger hose method. I also installed a remote filter that utilizes a Fram Ultra XG16 1/2 qt size filter.
Since then, I've dumped the 6 qts in the pan 3 times, the last time was 48k miles ago in March of 2018. and I've changed the Fram Ultra XG16 spin-on remote filter 5 times since 2010.
I'm gonna change the filter and drop/change what's in the 6 qt pan this year.
What say you?
