It appears on the API EOLCS so they aren't making that up. You can register at the Cummins site and check if it is also on the Cummins list if that's what you're looking for. Otherwise it's an API CI-4/SL oil as described.
I wonder how old an oil that is - is it just made to the CI-4/SL specs; or is it actually 10+years old oil made when those specs were current?
Not that I would worry if it is sealed, clean oil, I’d just check into that.
