Understanding UOA

Is there a link or previous post on this forum that explains the basics of an oil analysis? I mean what is good, what is bad, this is what you are looking for in your oil and this is not. I have been reading here for a while and just recently joined and need to catch up a little on the lingo. Thanks a lot. Travis.
