As long that show has been running at this point don't you think some of the employees seeing a camera crew following the new guy around aren't suspecting it is really the CEO? I think some of the employees aparently don't suspect but I think some of them do. And the ones that suspect it is probably the CEO really put on an good/loyal employee act and tell the CEO what he wants to hear. And they sometimes get promoted afterwards.

As opposed to scripted TV lol? Although I agree that a lot of reality TV is pretty dumb and actually a good part of it scripted/edited anyway.

Yep. And several of them always have the sad story to tell. They were kicked out at 16, husband left them with 2 kids, always wanted to go to college, now they're stuck in this job.

Exactly and it happens at least once or more in every episode. It can't be just coincidence.

TV in general is responsible for this and video games as well.

There is very little reality about this stuff, much of it is scripted and edited for your pleasure....

I don't find it coincidental that this is on the same night as "Extreme Makeover: Home edition", another show with tons of crying and cheering.

Meh. It's funny how at the beginning the bosses are total ----- but at the end of the show they are these enlightened humanitarians.

It's [censored] just like most of the reality TV out there.

Even if the local boss isn't in on it, he will provide his best worker for a camera crew to follow around. He won't want a camera crew documenting a goofball.

The CEO is always surprised how difficult the job can be and is always inept at doing it. I am pretty sure that's how it is everywhere. Except for those rare companies where the CEO actually worked his way up.
