"Unbranded" synthetic

A local retail store in my area, Meijers, sells their own synthetic oil. It costs about $2.50 a quart. Any idea who makes this? It meets the majority of the automotive specs as far as I can tell.

The last time I bought Meijer oils the bottle did indicate Citgo

I believe this stuff is the same oil as the walmart supertech synthetic. The bottles are Identicle and the wording is word for word on the back of the bottles. I would guess they come off the same line, just a different sticker. (10w-30 high-milage synthetic). The HM semi-synth is also the same I do believe. Who makes it I do not know. The meijer dino oil is made by citgo, states it on the bottle.
