What do you make with that big mixer? The picture from the Amazon link just looked like slightly used vegetable oil from my turkey fryer.

At the commercial bakery I work at, the maintenance guys use lubriplate food grade lube and Mobil dte gear oil in the 6 Schaffer mixers we use

we had the same mixer at the hospital i worked at ,went and got Lubrication Engineers #4140 NSF-H1 food grade lube,its a 140 sae or a 460 ,this will work fine for you,
