I have an old can of Turtle Wax Rubbing compound that dried out in the can. Is there anything that I can use
to bring it back to life? Thank you

Toss it. A new one is less than five bucks in a drug store. I will add an old partial quart can of Bondo I just discovered.

Yes, I looked at the price of a can yesterday in a parts store. Not sure I've ever seen it in the toofpaste/teef whitening area, YMMV
