Turn and hazard Signal Flasher Problem

I have a 89 chevy 2500 4x4 truck the left hand turn signal flashes faster than the right side. I checed and even replaced all bulbs. IS there anything else im missing?
Is it possible for a turn signal flasher to only go out on one side?

Have you also replaced the side marker lights?

Yes, flashers can have problems with just one side. This should be in the maintenance section.
