Always try to stick with OEM filters or at least popular name brands, but for this high mileage old Sequoia it didn't make sense to spend that much. Although the Wix wasn't the cheapest, I wanted them to at least be all the same brand and to take into account Rock Auto's fiddly shipping costs. The only other time I bought a Wix filter was for a transmission, and although made in in China, it seemed ok. So now I got a fuel filter made in China, air filter made in Poland and the transmission filter made in Taiwan. They all look good too. Will see how they fit.
