After putting in new tube it fails to pump out any grease. Only thing I could see to do is hold open spring loaded air valve, but that didn't help. Any clues? I did remove the pull tab on top.

Did you bleed the gun? There are times when I've loaded mine and had no problems, other times I had to bleed it.

Unscrew the barrel from the head a few threads while the grease is under spring pressure, don't unscrew it all the way just 2-3 threads. Open or push down the bleeder for a about 30 seconds, pump the gun. When it begins to flow tighten the barrel.

Good stuff guys!!! It worked fine doing the slight unscrewing routine. Learned something today as I've often had trouble with grease guns. Thanks again. smile

Great tig1. I remember my first time loading a new cartridge. I opened the pull tab and put it in.....hilarity ensued. Lets say I used half a tube to grease my garage pretty good. Then I learned. Thanks for posting the video. I have heard of so many folks on the web having trouble bleeding or priming their gun.
