Transmission starting to slip a little, usually when its cold then ok when it warms up. Wondering if this is normal or if its signs of something.

More details please... does it just slip the first time you put it in gear? Does it slip between shifts so that RPMs flare up? In short, please describe what you mean by "slip."

Trans pump is losing pressure, pretty common. Be ready to rebuild with a pump, clutches, and sprags (for peace of mind). Depending on the mileage, I'd probably recommend a torque converter as well. Best of luck with it though.
