I bought a used 5x10 single axle utility trailer, and it turns out the spring has some broken leaves on one side. There is no manufacture's identification (or any markings) on the trailer. Looking at the frame construction, I don't think it was a home built, but just an older make that may have been refinished at some point.
Anyway, the spring is much longer than what I see available on trailer websites. I suppose it could be from a truck, but how would one go about finding a comparable replacement?
