I guess it would be more helpful if we stated in our responses which Toyota models we consider boring. I've only driven Corolla and Camry, but it's probably not fair to put something like the MR2 in the same bag of 'boring'.
Possibly ..but many of their cars surely arequote:

It has a dealer installed spoiler option.

This kind of reminds me of a post I read on BITOG a few weeks ago where at least two people referred to a civic as "sporty". I will never understand how ill handling, gutless econoboxes strike certain people as "sporty".
You should have gotten the 2.3L with a 5-speed, then it would be just as quick as your Frontier!quote:

Not that it's any of your business, but I sold the Mazda 3 this past April to get a 4.0 Nissan Frontier, which has NO problem getting to speed on the ramps.

Certainly a misnomer. Nothing sporty or utility (functional) about them.quote:

Im totally out of control???!? look at what youre writing. Who attacked who for claiming that carmakers should invest more money into making better, more efficient, safer, higher quality 4 cylinder cars, as opposed to bigger and more v6s?quote:

Enjoy your slug. Hope someone with a Hemi Ram doesn't push it into the ditch after you've pulled it out in front of him.
