Torque Spec?

Merry Christmas/Happy New Year everyone.

I hope you are all well, happy and safe. I just had a quick Q. I just went down two rim sizes on my sisters GLC, 21 to 19. Now, it states that the GLC requires 115 ft lb of torque on the OEM wheels, however, I put on winter rims (19 inch) with different bolts. Question is, would I torque them down to 115 ft-lb as well? Or would they require a different torque setting?

Thank you in advance for all of your help and time, it is always appreciated. God bless.

As long as the lug or bolt thread doesn't change, the spec will be the same
That's the thing, there are new lugs that came with the setup and the tire shop installed it for me. He told me to torque to 100 but in says 115 lb ft for the torque specs listed elsewhere. I just do not want to over torque.

Also, thank you to everyone who gave a reply, it is appreciated.
