torque setting canister oil filter 2007 A6 3.2

Does anyone know the torque setting(in ft lbs) for the canister oil filter for a 2007 A6 3.2? It says 25+5 NM on the top. I beilieve the conversion to ft lbs.s 25X.737. What does the +5 stand for.

19-22 FT/LBS

The plus means up to 5 more than that number if needed.

The '+' sign? It means not less then 25, but you can go 30.
+or- means either way.
