Weather is warming, and already we have some invaders at work.

Usually get a few of these inside the station every year.

better half was feeding birds last few years, and this year we got mice...and stopped feeding birds, as after mice, you get what eats mice.

Marsupial cats?

Going back to the snake topic, I wouldn't want those around either. What do you do if you come across one of the dangerous ones?

It actually feels strange to think of snakes as dangerous. The garter snakes around here are so harmless. I've even stopped on the highway a few times to pick them up off the road and throw them in the grass so they wouldn't get run over.

Cat cats have pretty much taken over the marsupial cat role.

Doesn't matter how venemous the snake is...it's a protected species...FWIW

We have some rattlers in the the southernmost part of our province, but we have no roaches or other weirdo bugs or even rats in Alberta
...I'd rather deal with slightly colder temps in the winter...than these things

I thought I was joking. I didn't know anything was actually referred to as "marsupial cats"! I hope they survive the foreign invasion.

So you just shoo it outside? Call someone? Have you seen any get aggressive?

Lots of marsupials, we even had a wolf/tiger at one stage.
