Tire Recommendations and Experiences

Sorry, not LE2, A/T2.
But, 225/60 R17 doesn't have enough sidewall, IMO for some off-roading.
The Destination AT was an above average tire.. the AT2 keeping pace is still above average.

The OP's vehicle sees 20k miles a year through the mountains.. therefore shorter tire life than someone driving highway in IA.
I'd be going for the most traction tire I could get.
Nokian WRG5 or CC2 top the list.
unless he can run 2 sets
then winter tires are obv. choice.

That tire size is fine for "Soft Roading". Not going to be doing any sort of jeep wrangler++ courses.. although the wilderness does ok for what it is.. if you dont need low range.

He said "Premium" There are 2 Premiums. Both with different sizes. I asked if it had a turbo but no reply.
While technically there's 2.5i premium and premium XT. He said premium not premium XT and the fact that the take rate on the XT was small compared to the fb25 powered premium. Would have me thinking not turbo.
