Third Stove in 4 years

Mine has shorter legs and 2x 9000 btu, 2x 15,000 btu burners.
When I ordered the vendor had colors for same price as stainless.
I was confused when it came in stainless, and green door and kick plate in separate box.
So I have free extra door.

The same. Came in stainless with gray door and kick plate in a separate box. Ours has a 21,000 BTU, 18,000 BTU, 15,000 BTU and a 9000 BTU. Couldn't find a Wolf or Viking or any of the other brands with the high power btu burners.

Just took delivery and installed our third Stove since we moved into this house 4 years ago.First was the stainlessness, basic Frigidaire gas range. Sold it shortly after we moved in and replaced it with a stainless Blomberg gas range.

What country are you in? We have a 20+ year old LG. Got red knobs from Australia so it looks Wolf like. Never a problem.

My neighbor who is about 500 ft away can smell what wife is cooking as they walk out their front door our vent is nutty powerful .

My brother in Amelia Courthouse tells me his neighbor can smell what his wife is cooking as well, but that’s because she uses the smoke alarm as her oven timer occasionally

My Kenmore / Sears electric stove and oven is about 60 years old.

I had to fix it several times, and it shows it's age, but continues to work just fine.

Modern stuff is not builat to last, so I don't want to replace it with something that will only last a few years.

Our 5 burner Kenmore Elite is 18 years old w/ all original igniters …
Installed KE double 240V ovens at the same time - zero issues …
The outdoor stove is all gas … Top, middle, lower …

We have two Hotpoint gas ranges. One is propane at one home and the other is natural gas. The one on propane is 16 years old The other is 15 years old. Just basic gas stoves that work when the power goes out .

My Kenmore in my first house was so old it had pilots for the burners! They were prone to blow out if the kitchen windows were open & it got a little windy. Just needed relit occasionally.

Yeah. I am sure there are lots of folks (me too) who really miss their Kenmore appliances , tools , lawn equipment..... well just about anything that one could buy from Kenmore. Those products seemed to last forever and some lasted and worked so well they appeared to be just about bullet / bomb proof! Quality of that type is near impossible to find these days I suspect.
