Was running Mobil 1 5W-30 EP and it started tapping and ticking after 10k. Switched to Castrol Edge 5W-30 and it slowly went away. Now completely gone.

Now you can go search for all the threads talking about how Castrol Edge runs smoother than brand X.

ive had a similar experience w edge, almost as if the longer you use it "conditions"
