Or when Americans talk about their strange football or NASCAR on International forums - I know nothing about them at all,so don't even bother to read such posts.Which was one of the reasons for my thread - other nations have different national sports,and to others amazement they find them interesting.
New Zealand has always been about rugby and the All blacks.An Amateur game played at all levels,from schoolboy rugby to provincial teams - just playing for the love of the game.To be picked to wear the black jersey and Silver Fern is the pinnacle of achievement.
But now in an international and professional world we have our players and coaches in teams in other countries.This is the first time two New Zealand coaches have battled with their teams from other countries.I thought it worthy of a thread from that perspective....I wouldn't normally start a thread here just about a rugby game.
