I like me a good dog, tthiso be a companion ect. But dressing them up like people make me want to go over to the dog and say I'm sorry.

Exactly. My sister in law had this stupid bumble bee outfit she used to put on her Beagle. It was so ridiculous that people would point and laugh, and that dog understood exactly what they were doing. The poor thing was mortified and would cringe and try to hide out of sheer embarrassment.
