I prefer USA, Japan and Korea blue collar vehicles to any blue collar European vehicle-brands.
50 years ago I desired a VW Bug. But not anymore.
Enjoy your new Volkswagen and hope it remains relatively trouble-free for 200+K miles.

After looking at the garage pic, only thing I'm envious about that pic is how empty that garage is. I must partially walk sideways in mine. My wife saves everything. But claims to fall one ounce short of being awarded the Hoarder Breast Ribbon....lol

There is no Costco in my area (rural Southern USA). Only thing local to me is trees, cotton fields, tobacco fields, and more trees, lol.
