I'm still working on a lampshade. I think I'm going to get a generic white one and cover it with oil change stickers. I'd actually love to find a cooler, older metal can with a painted-on label... the plastic/paper is kind of tacky and tippy too. (I mixed an inch of concrete in the bottom to stabilize it.) Preferably one where they tapped it upside-down, though I could drill a hole in the center and kind of "glug" the contents out. Never fear, I thoroughly washed/rinsed that pennzoil container out so it doesn't give off fumes or catch fire or anything. If I ran an auto parts store I might put this on the counter with a 15 watt bulb and some 5w20 with a 40 watter. Then I could "demonstrate" how the thin oil let more energy through.
