The new text scam

Usually on a business phone you take what comes in but a text asking you when you are due or other nonsense is most likely a scam and if you take the bait , don't respond to the ...you seem like a nice person.
Yesterday I got two
One from area code 954 and 985.

One asked me when my wife was due and the other asked me to hold the golf clubs they forgot just now...

No idea what comes next however.

Oh yeah, got one like that a while ago, claimed I didn't remember them. Then I said oh was that when I was talking about zero point energy? And they said yes and then I said I never talk about that.

I get the ones from "webuyhouses" that asks if I want to sell my home at some address which is over in the city, it's always from a different number and I've never owned that property. I just delete it and block the number but they still try every so often.
