My car generally get's a healthy diet of FP/Neutra 3:1 at every fillup. It's had the same diet since I bought her new 2 years ago.

This is now my 2nd tank with Redline S1. I had a bottle left that is about 2 years old and decided to use it up. I'm using it at the Redline maintenece dosage levels - 10 gallon marks that are on the bottle. My butt-dyno-meter may be off but I swear that the last tank and this tank , the car is driving like it is in winter (cold air wise). Throttle launch, etc seems more responsive. Maybe it's just a physcological thing after switching my cars diet.....but I swear it's running considerably different.

Am I going nuts ?

Different engines may respond better with Redline. Combution timing for one. What is your vehicle.

Redline SI-1 comes in nice small containers too. Its around 6$ or less a bottle locally right? It says a bottle treats 100 gallons. I used it before, but only on my newer car so I'm not sure.

I have never noticed a performance increase with Redline or FP. However, I have noticed a mileage increase with FP.

On my first tank of FP ever, or any additive for that matter. I swear my car has just bit of extra punch to it. I don't think it's my imagination.

What are the best ways to tell that an additive is doing it's job? Borescope cylinders?

Ive never noticed any differince in any of my cars with either. FP quiets the fuel pump in my BMW though. I log every tank and analyze the changes...
