The Big Bus... Movie, who remembers it?

I've never watched it as an adult, but I remember parts of it from when it was first out on TV as a kid. I've always meant to go back and watch it and see if what I remembered was accurate.

It had an automatic tire changer to replace flat tires while in motion. But the driver was crazy and refused to stop the bus after it developed serious mechanical problems. "These people paid for non-stop!"

And that's pretty much the whole movie.

a.) I wanted the model kit of that bus....never saw one.
b.) Movies like that are BEST when they keep packing in the bad jokes and sight gags.
c.) I think they did a great job on the bus itself.

Dave

The '70s were when the radical energy from the late '60s was diverted into consumerism, poor fashion and hairstyle choices, and just plain insanity.

In short, most of the people in the US looked and acted crazy.
