I have memories of applying this by hand on the floors in our barracks in boot camp.

Lately i am a fan of

Turtle Wax 53409 Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray Coating​

The hybrid ceramic is easy on and semi easy off. No white residue
It seems to make washing the cars faster.
I am looking at options for a detail spray/wax as you dry products that would compliment the TW hybrid ceramic.
