I am thinking that there is a difference between adding a job and hiring a person. Adding jobs sounds good but how many of these positions will be filled by current employees as their ICE related job goes by the wayside?

I thought EV production was going to cut costs and jobs. So will adding 6,200 here mean 10,000 cut somewhere else?

from our local paper :
"According to the release from Ford, an additional $100 million will be invested between the Lima plant and the Sharonville transmission plant, creating an additional 90 new jobs between the two facilities."
