I tested the battery in my 2019 Audi Q5 with a HF battery testor. Battery is 4 1/2 years old and 47k miles . I usually replace at 5 years but am confused with state of health at 100%. I put my Ctek charger on it and State of Health went to 100% but dropped to 34% quickly. What do these results mean with regards replace or not.

The battery is low and needs charging. . Static voltage should be around 12.6-12.8 volts. If that is the best after charging, time for a new battery.

You probably need to set the amp hours of the battery under test, into this tester. It is showing your batt is only 100 AH. That's like a motorcycle battery.

Charge the battery fully. Then setup the tester test it. Test it again after 24 hours of sitting. If either tests shows replace then time for a new battery.

Still the best test is the carbon pile tester where you can put a 300 or 400 amp load on the battery and measures the voltage after 15 seconds.

Most battery testers you enter the CCA.
