1 can black beans
0.75-1.00lb cooked chicken cubed
1 Large yellow bell pepper
1 Large red bell pepper
1 Bottle Teriyaki sauce
1 cup rice
black pepper

Saute beans, (juice and all), peppers, teriyaki suace (to taste), and black pepper for 15-30 minutes until peppers are soft. Stir in chicken on medium heat for 5 minutes then pour in rice to absorb all the flavors. Makes enough for six and it quote tasty.!!

Sounds delicious. Teriyaki chicken is an all-time favourite of mine.

Just want to add that quality of teriyaki sauce will make or break this. Recommend Whole Foods 365 Organic Teriyaki sauce here as it's quite true to oriental traditions; unlike most teriyaki sauce on store shelves in US.

Also, I have no relationship to Whole Foods other than a very satisfied customer.
