Temp battery for point and shoot

Kodak c663 Easy Share. came with 2 Ni MH.1.2v. batteries. Can I use 2 alkaline 1.5v AA non rechargeable?

I wouldn't see why not. Probably came with NIMH because they are rechargeable and discharge at a more steady rate.

Sure, but keep in mind that the alkalines don't last as long so you may have plenty of battery power one second and none the next. If you need more, the Amazon basics AA Nimh get pretty decent reviews.

I use Amazon Basics NIMH (2400ma) and Eneloop Pro (2500ma) interchangeably in a Radio Shack Pro 651 police scanner. Can't really tell much difference between the two brands. Get the package that includes the Panasonic charger and you're set for a good long time.

You can use the Amazon Basics in the Eneloop charger.

Sure, just try no to charge them if the camera has built-in charging.

EDIT: Nevermind. It looks like it comes with an external charger.
