I've got a '92 Saab with 115kmi on it. It doesn't use any oil now, and there are no visible leaks. Do any of you foresee any issues with changing to Schaefer's 10w/30 Synthetic Blend?

You shouldn't have any problems whatsoever. Some higher mileage/older style engines tended to have leakage problems when fed a full synthetic oil which contained a lot of PAOs in it, which is why the initial offering of Mobil 1 many years ago caused people so many headaches.

But Schaeffer's blend contains 20-25% PAO, so it should not cause any leak problems at all. It's an extremely good oil which has shown some very good oil analysis reports on here in many engines.
