Their is one in the town with the 2nd highest Median Income in the state and they keep a lot of products for European Cars. Only place I've seen non-Motorcycle Motul on the shelf in the US.
I know my local Wal-Mart has Mobil and Castrol 0W40 but not Valvoline.
