Switch for auto fuse?

I have a 7.5 amp fuse which controls a speaker which pumps sound into cabin is there a way to make a switch to turn this circuit on and off without pulling the fuse. You'd need two fuse taps, likely a blown fuse to hold the fuse taps in the box, a fuse holder with good fuse, and of course a switch.
