My mom's 1988 GM Suburban did.
 
Some Toyota Tundras have them. And in the Chevy Avalanche it's manually removable.

not a roll down, But our Jeep liberty 2008 has one that lifts up separately from the rear gate.

Stays up too and is handy for longer objects.

Old Ford Explorers used to do that as well, not sure if they still do or when they would've stopped making them like that.
 
I want the window to open for air movement. Have a slider rear window in my pickup and really enjoy it.

So did my Mom's 1959 Chevy station wagon.
 
Sport Tracs also had them -- but not really an "SUV" per say.

It's very rare to find rear flipper glass as well -- on new SUVs. We use this feature quite a bit on our Jeep, and they eliminated them in 2014 models.
