Just saw this recently. Anybody know who makes it? It's very cheap, ~$2 for a 12 oz can.

Probably Warren Unilube/Warren Oil (NOT the same as WPP)
Don't know who makes it but I have been using ST dot 3 in many vehicles. Works like any name brand dot 3. Use with confidence
