My Walmart just started carrying the ST6607. Any idea who makes these? Has there been a cut and post? It's about half the price of the AC Delco pf1237. Any idea how well it would compare?

Would this be comparable to the FRAM PH6607?

I believe they are made by WIX. You can see a virgin one cut open here ST 6607
