Supertech 10W30 Synthetic- High Mileage?

I noticed the bottle states High Mileage on it. It states on description that it contains additives to help older engines from leaking seals and other items. Does this mean its similar to say Castrol High Mileage and the like?

Unlike Castrol, it's a group III with some conditioners. I think if you search back a month or so you'll find a thread on this subject.
