I had posted a week or so about Citgard 600 motor oil and my interest in running it over the summer, however, I have been unable to find it anywhere even at Citgo stores that sell diesel fuel. After reading some posts on HM oils and seeing a lot of you guys like the potential benefits of the HM oils even in non-HM vehicles I decided to give a HM oil a whirl for summer. I found this Citgo Ultralife for $1.50/quart and I know from lurking here that Citgo is reputed to have a nice additive package. I found some info on the Citgo website and I like the looks of the FP & VI numbers, however I was a little disappointed that I couldn't find a TBN. I plan on getting a UOA on this sometime this summer and will add it for you all. Any of you familiar with Citgo oils have any predictions on how this oil will perform 70% highway type miles in a 3.9L Dakota, have you Citgo users been satisfied?
