Whats good to use on sunroof tracks? i have a g35 2004 and runs slow. Will the silicon grease attract dirt? or will the silicone spray be too light weight?

Seems like most of the new cars I see have white lithium grease for the sunroof tracks.
That would show me that it is safe to use, but I doubt it is an ideal lube.

MB sells a specific lube. Prevents all sorts of issues. Makes a difference when you want a working sunroof designed for 30+ years of operation.
Krytox? spray or grease or what? Where to purchase?
I've heard lithium or anything petrol will eat the plastic guides up. and the specific stuff is somewhere between 25-50$ for 90 grams about 1-2 oz worth?
