SUA7000L Generator Regulator

SUA7000L Generator. Have a generic (Not Genrac) generator. The brushes were damaged, so I went out to Amazon and got a new regulator kit. While the old one says 250v, the new one says 450v. Can I use the new one, or will it 'fry' the generator or cause other problems? Glad it's easy to return stuff on Amazon.

That's the rating of that particular capacitor. Not the regulator.
The 450v one is actually better.

Edit: I shouldn't say better, it's just rated to withstand a higher voltage
