su-35 flight control system failure, plane keeps pitching up and powering engines

Right after take-off, as soon as the landing gear gets retracted the airplane pitches up on it's own. Over 50 minutes long the pilot is running banked turns to keep the nose from pitching up while a solution is sought. No error messages from the FCS.

Nothing they try works for more than a few seconds, but the pilot manages to get the plane on the ground in one piece.

The airfield is located near the plant where the su-35 is built, so could've been a new plane. But there's also an su-35 squadron stationed there, could be a plane that was in service. Happened a few years ago but footage (from inside and outside) was only recently released.
